So, what will you be doing all day? You would join us as Plumbing Designer/Engineer working on things like...

• Technical design and quality control on Venue projects.
• Assisting in the production of construction documents (drawing and specifications) for new buildings, renovations and additions to existing facilities.
• Adhering to project schedule and budget.
• Reviewing submittals and RFIs; other construction administration responsibilities as needed.
• Providing plumbing design and coordination of overall project design with other disciplines.
• Collaborating with staff on design and practice standards.
• Building and maintaining positive client relationships.

We'd love for you to apply for this position if you...

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Architectural, Mechanical, or Construction Engineering; experience considered in lieu of a degree.
• 3+ years of relevant plumbing systems design experience.
• Have knowledge of plumbing codes and experience with plumbing calculations and sizing and selecting equipment.
• Are comfortable managing multiple project deadlines.
• Love the opportunity to wear lots of hats and work together as a team and independently.
• Are proficient in the use of Revit modeling tools (required).
• Possess successful verbal and written communication skills.
• Have the ability to meet fast-paced deadlines while maintaining quality design.

Los Angeles Salary Range: Min $78,175.00 - $117,262.00
