We currently have a unique opportunity for a motivated nurse to join our compassionate team of caregivers as an ADON/Restorative Nurse. We are seeking a safety-conscious nurse who takes pride in assisting our geriatric population strive for their highest level of independence. As an integral leader in the nursing team, you'll guide the dedicated restorative aides in running therapeutic programs for our long-term residents, participate in care plan meetings, act as wound care coordinator for the facility, execute staff and resident Covid-19 testing, and become a part of a family that has deep roots in the local community. Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Current and valid RN nursing license for appropriate state
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
  • Be adaptable with strong clinical assessment and independent problem-solving skills
  • Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be able to interact with a diverse population and caregivers at all levels of the organization
  • Computer literacy
