Position Summary

The Program Manager, Contract Marketing is responsible for leading Contract Marketing efforts around business process improvement and design of tools to improve sales facing presentations, contract administration and customer analysis.  This includes leading efforts to create process standardization and harmonization, training activities, reporting and customer facing proposals.

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

·       Identify possibilities to increase efficiency and reduce employee errors

·       Schedule training sessions or develop informative materials

·       Educate employees on new workflows and ensure compliance

·       Document improvements or changes

·       Work with analysts to forecast staffing and business needs

·       Present periodic status reports on current initiatives to the executive management

·       Develops project plans specifying goals, strategy, staffing, timelines, identification of risks, contingency plans, and allocation of available resources leveraging team inputs and strengths.

·       Provides critical leadership to ensure overall quality of project planning and execution, while minimizing and mitigating project risks

·       Assists Contracting Director and Contracting Managers with associated objectives

·       Works in concert with Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, Finance and Operations to implement processes to improve end to end processes

·       Proven capability to work directly with sales to improve proposals and contracting processes through automation

·       Create automatic tracking and reporting systems to improve strategic planning process leveraging Microsoft Platform.

·       Performs additional duties as assigned by manager

 

Minimum Qualifications, Education & Experience

·       Must be at least 18 years of age and have a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required.

·       Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.

·       Medical Device industry experience is preferred.

·       Contract Lifecycle Management system and Contracting department experience is preferred.

·       Ability to create PowerPoint and Excel applications using VBA to help with process automation and control.

 

 

Work Environment

·       This is largely a sedentary role. 

·       This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.

·       Typically requires travel less than 10% of the time This is largely a sedentary role.
