Description of the Position: ID Logistics has an immediate need for a Legal Coordinator reporting to the Director of Contracts and Legal Operations. The Legal Coordinator will be an integral part of the legal team focused on supporting the Legal Department including commercial contracts, real estate, leases, claims and other legal administrative duties. Must have exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to multi-task and a heightened awareness to deadlines are required. This is a remote role located in the Charlotte, North Carolina area - * Hybrid position-Must be able to travel to office located in Albemarle, NC 2-3 times per week Responsibilities: * Review daily mail and disseminate as needed * Track real estate deadlines/projects and follow up on tasks as needed * Process monthly expenses * Maintain and update SharePoint site * Assist in booking team events and travel * Prepare PowerPoint presentations as needed * Request certificates of insurance * Assist in drafting standard operating procedures * Track deadlines to ensure legal documents are filed in a timely manner * Assist in record keeping of pending insurance claims * Assist with the contract lifecycle * Organize files and legal documents * Perform administrative duties such as maintaining calendars, scheduling meetings and compiling complex legal documents. * Support the entire Legal Team as needed * Follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance when observed * Observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate Requirements: * Hybrid position-Must be able to travel to office located in Albemarle, NC 2-3 times per week * Associate’s degree, paralegal certificate and/ or 2 years experience working in a legal environment * Prior experience in a corporate legal department is a plus * Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills * Ability to organize and prioritize work * Must have the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment * Detailed oriented and highly responsive * Ability to work independently and as a part of a team * Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint and DocuSign * Experience working in logistics, transportation and supply chain a plus Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Protected Veterans/Disabled
