CRNA- Full Time Opportunities available with top ranked community hospitals just outside Washington DC.
Inova is expanding our Anesthesia services within our Surgery Service Line at Inova Loudoun (ILH) and Inova Fair Oaks Hospitals (IFOH). This newly aligned service with local leadership is seeking experienced, motivated/passionate and world class CRNA's to join our team and serve our communities. With flexible scheduling the CRNA's work as a collaborative team member with surgeons and other healthcare professionals. ILH providing services within a well-rounded case mix of bread and butter, healthy peds, women's health, Cardiac Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology, regional, robotic, ortho, some trauma and busy ASC. IFOH providing services within a well-rounded case mix of bread and butter, healthy peds, women's health, regional, robotic, ortho, endocrine, spine, labor and delivery and endoscopy.
Other benefits include: 8 Weeks PTO/ETO; license & certifications paid for in addition to $1800 annual CME allowance and Education hours.

Qualifications/Requirements:
Education: Master of Science in Nursing from accredited Nurse Anesthesia nursing program
Experience: No experience required, but 2-3 years preferred
Licensure: Licensed to Practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia required Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist in the Commonwealth of Virginia required
American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider BLS, ACLS, PALS certification required
Experience in all methods of anesthetic delivery including but not limited to intravenous/general, spinal and epidural
Experience in broad spectrum of clinical services- including but not limited to joint replacement, spine, vascular, minimally invasive surgery, interventional radiology, maternal/obstetrics, endoscopic, diagnostic imaging.
Collaborate and coordinate with physicians, nurses, technicians and other healthcare providers in the assessment and management of patients throughout the peri-procedural encounter
Must demonstrate good communication skills and an ability to work in team environment
