Your impact

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Salesforce Developer to join our Salesforce development team at our Rio office. This person will work closely with IT lead as well with internal business users to understand their key business drivers and desired functionality and data needs, and then, implement scalable and suitable solutions that will help our users meet their goals.  This role is also responsible for providing technical support to our user community by addressing the issues and requests submitted.

What you will do 

  • Design, develop, test, document and deploy Apex Classes and Triggers, as well as test classes for all custom development and ensure the code remains consistent with the overall application architecture and adhere to Salesforce best practices.
  • Design, develop, test, document and deploy Custom user interface, including Visualforce pages/Lightning pages, Aura Components and Lightning Web Components
  • Build custom applications using declarative customization capabilities, e.g., flows and using App Builder
  • Salesforce CPQ implementation
  • Participate in production support activities including troubleshoot issues relating to Salesforce and other integrated systems, change management, and release management.
  • Attend project's daily standup and sprint planning meetings and daily support meetings.

 

 Your required experience/skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Software Engineering
  • 5+ years working within the Salesforce ecosystem as an experience as a Salesforce Developer and Administrator
  • 5+ years working with at least one of the following Apex, Apex triggers, Visual Force (VF Pages), Lightning Web Components (LWC) , SOQL or SOSL, Integration (REST, or SOAP, bulk, streaming API, Change Data Capture, Platform Events).
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, processes, products, and best practices
  • Experience development work with CSS, HTML, XML or JavaScript, or JQuery, SQL, and any other programming language
  • Experience with planning for test and deployment.

Your success in this role will look like: 

  • Able to collaborate and communicate effectively with business stakeholders and colleagues.
  • Self-motivated and able to learn and work independently and as part of a team. Able to learn effectively, solve problem and meet deadlines.

It would be nice if you had:  

  • Salesforce Certified Developer or Salesforce Certified Administrator certification.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ.
  • Experience of Conga Composer APIs.
  • Experience of Marketo
  • Experience is Oracle SQL is a plus.
