Practice Information

  • Intermountain Healthcare is seeing a BC/BE endocrinologist to join an outpatient multi-specialty clinic practice
  • Support staff includes: 2 NP's, MA's, certified diabetes educators, and a diabetic nutritionist. Diabetes educators are able to manage insulin changes, pump training, and diabetes management.
  • Each patient will have a primary care physician and admissions go to the hospitalist program; endocrinologists will never be called to the ER
  • Employment position with the Intermountain Medical Group

Requirements

  • Board Certified/ Board Eligible in Endocrinology
  • Unrestricted Utah MD or DO license or the ability to obtain an unrestricted license
  • U.S. ACGME Residency
  • Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers

Ogden is a city of Weber County, 40 miles north of Salt Lake City, that is the perfect place to work and live if you like easy access to outdoor activities. Within minutes of leaving McKay Dee Hospital you can find yourself mountain biking, hiking, fishing, kayaking, and rock climbing. There are outdoor activities for all ages, affordable real estate, and our family-oriented community supports diverse interests for all cultures. Ogden is home to Weber State University.
