Intermountain Healthcare is seeking a full-time nurse practitioner for oncology to join our team. This is an outpatient role at our Tenaya oncology clinic working with an existing team of caregivers. As a advanced practitioner you will conduct comprehensive review of patient history, preform physical examinations, develop care plans with the team.
Practice Information Highlights:
- Strong communication skills, demonstrate compassion with patients and their family members.
- EMR system used is Mosaiq
- Daily patient consensus is 14-16 with age range of 65 years or older
- Monday- Friday 8 – 5pm is the work schedule
- No call required
- Must have taken advanced courses in evaluation and management of patients, pathophysiology as well as health assessments.
Requirements
- Must have or be eligible to have a current and unrestricted Nevada Nurse Practitioner license
- Certificate of completion from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program
- Must have or eligible to have a Nevada Pharmacy and DEA License
- A minimum of 1 year of Oncology experience
- BLS certification
- OCN Certification required (prefer AOCN) - NP only or Advanced Practice Provider Hematology/Oncology Fellowship

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
$53.77 - $82.97
