About the Role

The SS&C Intralinks Creative Team is seeking a dynamic, imaginative, collaborative and hands-on global leader who believes that creativity, flexibility, and dedication leads to success. Your Responsibilities

  • Guide the development of design solutions from ideation to execution for digital campaigns, websites, product launches, social media, client presentations, sales materials, live events and more.
  • Lead the creative team towards an optimized state, implementing best practices for operations / processes and opportunistically identifying areas for growth and efficiency. 
  • Take a hands-on approach to both daily and high-profile design projects – particularly web design --  in this coach/player role.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across multiple regions, business units, and teams to help understand their goals and contribute toward the success of their strategic initiatives.
  • Guide the constant evolution of the SS&C Intralinks brand by aligning with corporate standards while maintaining a minimal and premium image. 
  • Provide mentorship and motivation to the creative team, including elevation of design, content development and overall creative workflow.
  • Foster the professional development and readiness of the creative team by proactively identifying opportunities to improve their skills and processes and support their professional growth.
  • Manage external agencies and freelancers, evaluating and identifying ongoing needs and appropriate resources to support creative work. 
  • Maintain keen attention to detail across all creative work produced, including strong individual accountability and alignment to company brand and strategic objectives.
  • Ensure high degree of responsiveness and timely communications between the creative team and stakeholders. 

Your Experience

  • Extensive design experience leading an in-house creative department, design firm or advertising agency. (Financial services or a tech experience necessary.)
  • Proven experience leading brands through periods of transition.
  • Ability to quickly assess creative team skill sets and develop plans for an ideal future state. 
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence people at all levels and guide decision-making processes to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Strong creative, organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
  • Keen aesthetic sense, creative thinking, and meticulous attention to detail.
