TPMG is seeking a full-time BE/BC OB/GYN Hospitalist Physician to join our team in Santa Clara, CA.
Santa Clara
Our collaborative OB team includes hospitalists, OB generalists (hospital and office work), full-scope generalists (hospital/GYN surgery and office work), and certified nurse midwives. Hospitalists are an integral part of maternity care at Kaiser Santa Clara. They are seen as leaders on Labor and Delivery, and provide obstetric expertise and psychological safety to their team and staff. They provide routine and complex postpartum care, and conduct inpatient and ED consults. They promote evidence-based practices, provide excellent care experience, uphold patient safety, and drive systems improvements. They actively teach, supervise, and mentor our OBGYN residents (4 year residency program, 6 residents per year).
Staffing Expectations
- Hospital shifts are 12 hours, days and nights, weekdays and weekends
- Scheduled cesarean shifts, up to 8 hours, weekdays
- Back up call is 24 hours from home/within 30 minutes of the hospital
- Schedules are variable, and must be willing to work nights and weekends
- 0.6FTE available
Requirements:
- Board Certification or Eligibility
- Must be eligible to obtain a CA medical license or be currently licensed to practice in CA

Full-time annual salary range is $330,000 to $335,040 plus additional potential incentives up to $59,400*. Reduced schedules with pro-rated compensation may be available.
