Kelly® is currently looking for An Administrative Coordinator for one of our top clients in Maple Grove, MN. (~Work from home to start - Must be in driving distance to location!)
Pay Rate: $19.50 - $27.00/hour
Schedule: M-F 8:00a-4:30p
Duration: 12 month /long term assignment
Anticipated start date: April 26, 2021
Providing complex administrative support for individuals and/or department.
Performs general administrative duties that may include photocopying, coordinating meetings/appointments, typing, faxing, ordering/maintaining supplies, arranging travel, preparing and/or sorting mail.
Serves as a point of contact for customers and vendors. Internal and external contacts are frequent and involve obtaining or providing information on matters of moderate importance to the organization and may be of a sensitive nature.
Answers complex functional questions that may require additional research and follow-up.
Viewed as key functional resource.
Anticipates and coordinates projects/assignments, organizes own schedules, and that of others, to meet deadlines. May gather and prepare data in preparation of upcoming projects; identifies future needs to complete projects.
Makes decisions using independent judgment under only general guidelines.
Translates thoughts into documents letters/memos/presentations, etc. using existing material; ensures document is logical and complete as well as accurate in grammar and spelling; makes suggestions for improvements in existing communications.
Manages work in a confidential manner, ensuring information is shared with internal and external individuals in an appropriate manner; provides guidance to peers as necessary regarding proprietary information.
Confidential information typically consists of company/division sensitive information i.e. new product technology
Creates PowerPoint presentations, including designing custom images, layouts, models, etc.
Organizes electronic files.
Preferred but not required Working knowledge and experience in planning, managing, and executing social media initiatives across various platforms.
Building and executing social media strategies through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification
Setting up company pages for a variety of social platforms to increase the visibility of social content
Capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, to continuously improve company pages.
Participate and assist with the creation of unique content to be displayed on company pages.
High School/ GED diploma
3 years of related experience
Great communication skills, able to work independently
Building rapport with customer, empathy
Proficient in MS Office products, PowerPoint, and social media Experience
