Join the Kelly® team as an Assembly Worker at Stanley Black & Decker in Tupelo, MS. 

Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $15 per hour.

Shift: 6:30 AM to 5 PM Monday-Thursday

4 day workweek/40 hours a week

What's a typical day as a Plastics Assembler?
• Working at a station to assist in the assembly of plastic parts on push lawn mowers on a production line.
• Maintain a consistent workflow to ensure safe operations, quality products, and consistent delivery.
• Working as a team player and following standards and directions.
• Utilizing basic knowledge of hand tools and communicating verbally with team members.

• Have assembly, packaging, manufacturing, or factory experience.
• Can stand, walk, bend, and move all shift and lift 35 pounds.
