Salary: $15.00
Work Schedule: 8am to 5pm

What's a typical day as a Call Center Representative? You'll be:
• Handling customer service inquiries and problems via telephone.
• Recording consistent problem areas and addressing them proactively.
• Responding to email inquiries.
• Using a computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting.
• Communicating complex information and addressing related questions.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• HS or GED completed 
• Able to type 30 WPM
• Have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Are customer service-oriented.
• Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Are proficient in using computer systems.

Working From Home Remotely Requirements:

• 25 Mbps download/10 Mbps upload internet speed, at least 30 GB of data (50 Mbps if you share internet with others in the household)
• Quiet place/distraction-free, smartphone or tablet
• Working remotely is not a substitute for dependent care.
• Able to give a 3-month commitment (there is “no” approved time off during training)
