We are a tier one supplier to Ford
We are a machining shop Operating a fully automated production line providing parts for the automotive section
We manufacture hubs and rotors for Ford, pick-up trucks (F150, F250, F350 up to F550)
Must be able to occasionally lift and carry 50+ pounds
Lifting parts from countertop height to a skid nearby or lifting a part to place on a skid, on the floor Lifting these parts could average 8-12 times a day, depending on job Lift assist's are available for parts weighing over 50+ pounds
We are a union shop, UAW (everything is based on ee's seniority (DOH), shift transfers, job bids etc.)
Hot in the Summer, it can be dirty, dusty
- Responsible for the operation of production CNC equipment and/or other secondary processing machinery that includes paint systems, assembly equipment and robots.
- Operators must have the aptitude to monitor the process and make routine adjustments to maintain tolerances.
- Required to gauge parts and perform visual inspections at routine intervals to ensure product quality.
- Will be required to perform machine changeovers, change perishable machine tooling, maintain a clean and safe work environment and the ability to work in a team based environment.
- Will be assigned to 2nd (2:30pm to 20:30 pm) or 3rd Shift (10:30 pm - 6:30 am)
- UAW Union Shop
- Potential candidates will need to be available for all three shifts in their 90 days
Potential Candidates need to be available to work 6-7 days a week in their 90 days. The sky is the limit for OT. Any hours over 40 are paid at time and one half.
Sunday's are double time
