What's a typical day as a Customer Service Representative? You'll be:
• Greeting customers warmly as they enter the dealership premises.
• Listening attentively to customer inquiries and providing accurate information regarding vehicle features, pricing, financing options, and promotions.
• Assisting customers in selecting the right vehicle by understanding their needs and preferences.
• Conducting test drives and demonstrating vehicle features effectively.
• Following up with customers via phone calls or emails to provide additional information or address any concerns.
• Collaborating with the sales team to ensure seamless customer service throughout the sales process.
• Assisting customers with completing paperwork, including financing and leasing agreements.
• Coordinating vehicle delivery schedules and ensuring a smooth handover process.
• Upselling additional products and services such as extended warranties, accessories, and maintenance packages.
• Acting as a point of contact for customer complaints or concerns and striving to resolve issues promptly and satisfactorily.
• Maintaining a positive and proactive approach to customer service, aiming to exceed customer expectations at every opportunity.
• Staying updated on the latest automotive trends, models, and features.
• Participating in training sessions provided by the dealership to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Ensuring accurate record-keeping of customer interactions, sales transactions, and inventory updates.
• Assisting in maintaining a clean and organized showroom environment.
• Performing other administrative tasks as assigned by management.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric mindset.
• Can work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Are proficient in basic computer applications and dealership management systems.
• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or automotive sales is a plus.
