At Kelly® Professional & Industrial,we're seeking a Customer Service Representative to work for a premier company, located in Fairport, NY.  With us, it's all about finding a job that's just right for you!
 

Shift: A Shift (8am to 5pm,) Mon-Fri. Temp to Hire.
Pay: $18-21/hr. (Depending on experience).

Here's where you'll demonstrate your proficiencies: 

• Responsible for general administrative support in Customer Service
• Issue and assign customer service cases in Salesforce
• Create quotes and schedule service orders for repairs / calibrations
• Assist in invoicing, order tracking, and expediting
• Process work orders and inventory management in Oracle

Skills & Experience

• High School Diploma (Required)
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience
• Computer skills / Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Exceptional organization and time management skills
• Familiar with Salesforce and Oracle or other similar ERP systems
