Job Summary:
Join our team as a highly motivated Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will provide excellent customer service by promptly and accurately responding to complex customer inquiries. You will handle non-routine inquiries that may require deviation from standard procedures and extensive research. As a Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on our customers' experience and contribute to our dynamic team.

- Shift: Availability from 8am-8pm Monday-Friday. Schedule will be provided based on business needs.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt, accurate, thorough, and courteous responses to all complex customer inquiries.
- Handle telephone, written, web, or walk-in inquiries, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
- Adapt responses or conduct extensive research to resolve inquiries that deviate from standard procedures.
- Maintain departmental productivity, quality, and timeliness standards.
- Initiate corrective actions, process adjustments, or conduct research to resolve inquiries.
- Evaluate inquiries to identify underlying causes and implement actions to prevent future issues.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve problems and provide feedback to management.
- Maintain accurate records of customer issues and follow through on complaints until resolved.
- Assist with process improvements by recommending enhancements to procedures and policies.
- Train new employees and cross-train coworkers to ensure a knowledgeable and skilled team.

Qualifications & Skills:
- 2 years of customer service or claims processing experience.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in spelling, punctuation, and grammar.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations with professionalism and composure.
- Basic business math proficiency.
- Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information with discretion.
- Ability to learn and operate multiple computer systems effectively and efficiently.
- Required Software and Other Tools: Microsoft Office.
- Preferred Skills and Abilities: Ability to persuade, negotiate, or influence.
- Preferred Software and Other Tools: Knowledge of database software.
- Work Environment: Typical office environment.
