Kelly Services is seeking a dynamic and organized Document Control Administrator to join a dynamic Chemical supply company in Texas City, TX
This role focuses on managing and maintaining documentation and records with precision and care, providing technical tool support, assisting in training, and onboarding, and offering robust employee support within the OXO group. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, exceptional organizational skills, and a strong technical background.

Document control Administrator
Location: Texas City, TX 

Pay Rate: Based on Expereince
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8-5 (with some flexibility)

Document Management Administration:
    - Facilitate and ensure on-time procedure reviews. 
    - Handle document moves related to plant changes (MOC) efficiently. 
    - Maintain and update various libraries across the asset and site, including the organization of new binders, filing, and record retention. 
    - Keep files organized in the file structure, including running tree reports and conducting clean sweeps of offices to ensure compliance. 
    - Manage both hard copy and server copy of files within record retention manual guidelines, and create/format documents using plan templates. 

- Technical Tool Support: 
    - Serve as the back-up ESWP Tool Administrator. 
    - Act as MOC coordinator for OXO, ensuring system compliance with plant policy. 
    - Create events and action items in the Event and Action Tool (EAT) and run reports. 
    - Review MOCs as a document reviewer. 

- Training Technician/Administration:**
    - Support the onboarding process for new hires, including the creation of training binders. 
    - Proctor TRB exams and manage the training review board's administrative functions. 
    - Serve as the back-up Diamond Learning Administrator and mentor facility personnel on training material content improvements. 
    - Develop or update training presentations/content given materials/technical support, and facilitate the creation of learner-appropriate content. 
    - Identify the need for training material updates after implementation changes. 

- OXO Employee Support:
    - Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding of employees in all site systems. 
    - Oversee Cintas Administration and Maintenance. 

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus. 
- 3+ years of experience in document control, administrative roles, or a related field, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment. 
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with document management systems like SharePoint. 
- Experience with ESWP tools, MOC coordination, and Diamond Learning systems is highly desired. 
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills. 
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of record accuracy and compliance.
