Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Document Control Assistant to join our team. The Document Control Assistant will be responsible for managing and maintaining all company documents and records, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a thorough understanding of document control processes.


Responsibilities may include:

  • Maintain and update the document management system, ensuring all documents are properly categorized, labeled, and stored.
  • Manage the document lifecycle, including creation, review, approval, distribution, and archiving of documents.
  • Ensure all documents are accurate, up-to-date, and comply with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with various departments to collect, review, and process documents.
  • Respond to document retrieval requests in a timely and efficient manner.

Qualifications should include:
  • Ability to learn document management software and systems.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
