Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience.
Pay is $70,000-$85,000 depending on experience

 • Collaborate with plant leadership and HR Director to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
What's a typical day as a Human Resource Manager? You'll be
: • Leading the recruiting efforts for the Louisville plant, developing strategies and participating in the selection process.
 • Conducting new hire orientations and employee training on HR topics
. • Managing and coordinating site succession and workforce planning efforts.
 • Partnering with the Operations team to effectively manage a workforce under a collective bargaining agreement.
 • Advising managers on labor relations matters and assisting in the resolution of grievance matters.
 • Investigating employee relation issues and recommending appropriate action.
 • Acting as the Corporate Benefits Administrator, communicating benefits information to employees and resolving benefit issues.
• Assisting in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
 • Utilizing HRIS systems for data entry, report generation, and data analysis.
 • Handling special projects and other duties as assigned.
