Full time direct opportunity in Marysville for an Instrumentation Technician.
Bachelor of Science or Technical Degree in Electrical / Electronics, Military Electronics training or prior experience as an Instrumentation Technician / Journeyman Electrician is highly desired for the position.
Position is full time (40 hours/week).  Typical hours are 7 am - 3:30 pm Monday through Friday. 
Must be willing to work overtime and off shift hours, including weekends and holidays.
Wage $25 to $40 Hourly (wage will commensurate with experience)

Instrumentation & Electrical Technician
Essential Duties

• Performs routine maintenance & calibration of process instrumentation
• Performs routine maintenance & calibration of process valves & positioners
• Troubleshoots instrumentation, electrical & valve problems
• Repairs instrumentation & valves
• Understands Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) and Distributed Control Systems (DCS) programming
• Generally works with 480 volts and below
• Communicates results verbally and in writing
• Maintains accurate calibration records, including paper forms and files, and electronic forms and databases
• Interpret Instrumentation and Electrical prints
• Follows SOP's and established safety guidelines
• Follows personal protective equipment requirements, which includes wearing of flame retardant clothing
• Maintains work area in a clean, safe and appropriate condition
• Works outside in all weather conditions
• Must be able to work at heights

Requirements

• Strong work ethic and self-motivation, with a high sense of urgency
• Possess excellent time management skills
• Effective oral & written communication, including comprehension of oral & written instructions
• Strong documentation skills, with an eye for detail and organization
• Knowledge of computers and proficient at Excel and Word
• Problem solver
• Must be able to work as a team
• Posses excellent listening skills
• Commitment to safe work practices, following all safety rules and maintaining a high standard of housekeeping and cleanliness
• Must be able to reach, push, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
