Our Client is seeking a Business Analyst to lead a Health Portfolio monthly and quarterly metrics development process with business Partners and Internal members. To develop the required presentations with generation of metrics, facilitating the pre-reviews and collection of data from business Partners and overseeing the end to end process. Additionally, the role will be crucial in the refinement and development of current and future state metrics/KPI's.


Travel:  Requires approximately 5-10% travel, including overnight and international travel


• To serve as the “Voice of the Customer”, providing guidance and gain alignment across internal and external stakeholders to evaluate the effectiveness of revised metrics and process
• Active participant with analysis of trends within the portfolio health. Identifying primary and secondary drivers for understanding deltas to plan
• Provide project management for related governance meetings and deliverables including planning, coordination, and execution of material generation/agenda, administering the meetings and post meeting action item resolution
• Lead continuous improvements for Portfolio Health including but not limited to: Metrics Review, Development of new metrics, setting of KPI's, and development of future requirements
• Resolve issues that affect governance presentations development
• Work collaboratively with Analytics and Reporting leads to ensure requirements are defined and implemented
• Trouble-shoot any technical issues that may arise
• Work collaboratively across functional stakeholders to educate colleagues on Portfolio Health and Partnership governance process

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of 4+ years of experience with in pharmaceutical, CRO, healthcare or related industry
• (Preferable) Knowledge and/or experience within Data Warehouse environments, data wrangling, and strong SQL and/or Python experience
• History of strong project management skill with ability to delivery
• Ability to drive consensus and disparate groups
• Strong Understanding of Clinical Operations
• Strong executive presence and ability to present data
• Strong Microsoft office abilities: PowerPoint, Excel and Non Microsoft: Tableau, SQL (preferable)
• Experience delivering analysis results using various visualization presentation software/tools, such as R Shiny, Spotfire, Tableau, etc. (preferable)
• Experience with database and SQL coding (preferable)
• Experience driving project management
• PMP certification a plus
• Experience working with big data
• Strong Microsoft PowerPoint experience
• Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
• Strong adaptive communication skills across multiple levels of the organization
• Self-starter with demonstrated success working independently
• Self-motivated with comfort working on high performance teams
• Tolerance of ambiguity and willingness to work through complex issues
• Ability to work with global external partners to achieve desired goals
• Promotes teamwork while working through solutions
• Ability to negotiate and influence outcomes
• Knowledge of R&D technologies and data sources


• Bachelor's degree mandatory
