Schedule: Monday- Friday; 8:30am – 5:30pm ( 1-hour lunch)
Start Date: ASAP

What's a typical day as a Legal Onsite Service Specialist? You'll be:
• Operating high volume duplicating equipment
• Performing copying tasks and handling incoming/outgoing mail and faxes
• Providing maintenance and repair of customer site equipment
• Assisting with meeting set-ups and light maintenance
• Ensuring quality work and handling sensitive and confidential documents
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma or GED
• Have previous experience in customer service or office operations
• Have experience with mail (sorting and delivering), print/copy/scan, hospitality (cleaning and stocking kitchens/meeting setups)
• Possess strong organizational and time management skills
• Are able to handle sensitive and confidential documents
• Have the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
