Kelly, in partnership with a rapidly growing manufacturer, is looking for up to four Maintenance Technicians in Baldwinsville, NY!

These are direct hire opportunities, meaning you will be hired directly with our client and offered their amazing benefits, compensation and additional compensation upon hire.
Benefits:

Details:
  • Multiple shift openings due to growth!
    • Three openings: 6:00 am to 2:00 pm Monday through Friday (some flexibility to train or cover vacations required)
    • 6:00 am to 6:00 pm on 2-2-3 shift
    • 6:00 pm to 6:00 am on 2-2-3 shift
  • Overtime available, but not required at 1.5%
  • Pay: $30 - $40 per hour, based on experience
Job Description:
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical/electronic equipment including but not limited to numeric controls, power supplies, drives, gauges, and test equipment.
  • Plan and perform work requiring a thorough knowledge of electrical/electronic and mechanical theories and principles, writing specifications, local and national electrical codes, properties of various materials, and principles of operation and application of electronic equipment.
  • Install, start up and shut down machines in accordance with company safety procedures for machine activation and shutdown in line with OSHA requirements.
  • Advise operators and line mechanics of operation procedures and requirements for working safely with electrical/electronic and mechanical equipment and components.
  • Inform appropriate management and line mechanics of potential electrical/mechanical problems and inherent dangers involved.
  • Perform preventative maintenance functions as directed. Maintains company-required performance and maintenance records for identified equipment.
  • Assist maintenance team members with technical troubleshooting.
