Plant/Maintenance Engineering Technician
TEMP TO HIRE
NIGHT SHIFT – 6:45 PM – 7:00 AM 12 HOUR ROTATING SHIFTS
$35.00/HR.


We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team for our night shift operations.
 

• The Maintenance Technician will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our injection molding machinery.
• This position offers a rotating 12-hour shift, starting at 6:45 PM and ending at 7:00 AM. The successful candidate will have experience in industrial maintenance, particularly in troubleshooting 480 Volt circuits, electrical schematic reading, and hydraulic systems. Responsibilities: A
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on injection molding machinery during scheduled downtime.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and hydraulic issues as they arise to minimize downtime.
• Conduct preventative maintenance inspections to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
• Collaborate with production teams to address maintenance-related concerns and optimize machinery performance.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance for reference and analysis.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or training preferred.

• Proven experience in industrial maintenance, specifically with injection molding machinery. Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical circuits, hydraulic systems, and mechanical components.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
•  Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Flexibility to work a rotating 12-hour night shift schedule, including weekends and holidays.
