Kelly Services is seeking a skilled and experienced Manufacturing Associate to join our client's team in Tampa, FL. As a Manufacturing Associate, you will be responsible for operating gummy machines and overseeing the production of CBD. This is a temporary-to-hire position, and we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible. If you have previous experience in manufacturing, specifically in the pharmaceutical or food industry, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Job Specifications:
· Job Type: Temporary-to-hire
· Location: Tampa, FL 33626
· Pay Rate: $17 - $19 Hourly (based on experience)
· Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Potential for Overtime)
Roles and Responsibilities:
·         Operate gummy machines and equipment (Kettle operation).
·         Monitor production lines and ensure they are running smoothly.
·         Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure optimal performance.
·         Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
·         Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and quality standards.
·         Inspect finished products for quality assurance and adjust as necessary.
·         Troubleshoot and resolve any production issues or equipment malfunctions.
·         Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
·         Previous experience operating machines in a manufacturing setting is required.
·         Knowledge of cGMP is highly preferred.
·         Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards.
·         Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
·         Good communication and teamwork skills.
·         Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.
·         Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time.
