Schedule: Monday - Thursday 7:00am - 4:00pm and Friday's 7:00am - 1:00pm

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment and machinery to ensure smooth production processes
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Monitor production lines and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality and efficiency
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to identify any defects or issues
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform basic repairs as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production processes and implement cost-saving measures
- Maintain accurate records of production data, including output, downtime, and quality metrics
- Assist in training new team members on manufacturing processes and procedures
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree preferred
- 3 - 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate and maintain manufacturing equipment
- Knowledge of safety protocols and ability to follow SOPs
- Attention to detail and ability to perform quality checks
- Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.
