What's a typical day as a IT Support Specialist like? You will:

• Provides technical support to users by researching and answering questions, troubleshooting problems, and maintaining.
• Provides answers to clients by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding clients through corrective steps.
• Improves client references by writing and maintaining documentation.
• Improves system performance or process flow by identifying problems and recommending changes.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and maintaining personal networks.

This might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Must be bilingual- Mandarin Chinese/English
• Hold an Associates or Bachelor in a related field is preferred)- Diploma or GED required.
• 1- 2 years of applicable working experience is a plus but not required.
• Self-motivated and have strong work ethics to complete tasks.
• Adhere to stringent schedules.
• Work independently and efficiently after adequate training
• Take initiative to seek guidance when undertaking unfamiliar challenges.
• Be able to communicate effectively with ANY team member remotely or in-person to escalate resource conflicts, update progress, and summarize conclusions.
