Kelly Services is assisting a client of ours north of Boston (Danvers, MA) that is looking to add a self-driven, creative and enthusiastic Marketing Specialist to its growing Marketing team. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for content creation, social media management and email marketing.
Duties & Responsibilities:
-Conduct in-depth research on industry-related topics in order to develop original content
-Develop content for blogs, articles, product descriptions, social media, and the company website
-Conduct keyword research and using SEO best practices to increase traffic to the company website
-Create compelling headlines and body copy that will capture the attention of the target audience
-Assist the marketing team in developing content calendar
-Proofread content for errors and inconsistencies and polish existing content to improve readability
-Identify customers- needs and recommend new content to address gaps in the company's current content strategy
-Work with Wordpress to optimize and update content
-Manage all social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter & Instagram)- respond to messages, questions, etc
-Ensure marketing message is conveyed clearly and delivered properly to prospect
-Bachelor-s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field
-1-3 years of experience in Marketing,preferably with SEO and content creation experience but not required
-Strong knowledge of various Marketing and analytics tools such as Marketo, Google Analytics, Salesforce, and content management systems (WordPress)
-Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (preferably Adobe Illustrator & Adobe InDesign)
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Skilled in writing and editing content with a strong attention to detail
-Strong prioritization, organization and project management skills
-$60,000 - $65,000
