Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: Starting pay is $60,000 per year.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

What's a typical day as a Production Manager? You'll be:
• Managing employees within the Production department
• Developing and implementing the Production Schedule
• Ensuring that daily operations run smoothly
• Ensuring that all work performed on the Production Floor is completed following documented procedures and follows practice
• Ensuring that all Production employees are following procedures and completing proper paperwork
• Ensuring that all Production employees are properly trained for the tasks that they are performing
• Working with Inventory and Purchasing to expedite materials required by Production
• Communicating with Sales on order status
• Collaborating with the Engineering and Quality departments to resolve documentation/procedure issues
• Performing additional tasks as needed based on business trends
• Adhering to Quality Management System

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering or Manufacturing Discipline or applicable experience
• Are able to troubleshoot electronics to the board level
• Have soldering and PCB board experience
• Have electrical assembly experience
• Have the ability to manage multiple employees
• Have strong computer skills, including Word and Excel
• Have strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Have good organizational skills
• Have the ability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities
• Are willing to perform tasks outside of the main job scope
• IPC-610 and IPC-620 certificates are preferred but not required
