Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $65,000-75,000/yr
8am-5pm Monday-Friday

What's a typical day as a Production Supervisor? You'll be:
• Ensuring operators adhere to safety protocols and comply with OSHA regulations
• Leading team members in producing high-quality products while meeting food safety and manufacturing practice requirements
• Ensuring operators follow production requirements and properly document activities
• Providing on-the-job training for production, quality, and safety procedures
• Prioritizing production resources to meet customer orders
• Communicating production status and priorities to management and between shifts
• Fostering a clean and organized workplace that minimizes waste
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet production requirements

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have professional training in manufacturing-related programs such as six sigma, ISO, or TQM
• Have a minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Are a results-oriented professional with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Have the ability to multitask, work independently or within a team, and meet deadlines
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
