This is a temporary-to-hire opportunity!

Shifts and Pay:
1st Shift:  7am-3:30pm, M-F
2nd Shift:  3pm-12:30am, M-F
1st Shift Pay:  $22 per hour
2nd Shift Pay:  $23 per hour

What's a typical day as a Quality Control Specialist? You'll be:
• Ensuring compliance to company standards and specifications.
• Utilize micrometers, calipers, comparators, and gauges.
• Performing inspections across all stages of production.
• Receiving and monitoring the quality of incoming parts and assemblies from suppliers.
• Utilizing standard and specialized measuring instruments.
• Reading and following written instructions, engineering drawings, schematics, and related documentation.
• Maintaining detailed records and preparing various reports.
• Communicating quality or compliance concerns with urgency and accuracy.
• Identifying areas for quality improvement and implementing new methods accordingly.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have an Associate Degree in a technical field and/or relevant work experience in quality control (preferred).
• Have Quality Inspector training and/or certification (preferred).
• Familiar with MRP systems and micrometers, calipers, comparators, and gauges (required).
• Proficient with MS Office and job-specific software.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Have good mathematical and mechanical aptitude skills.
• Have knowledge of ISO:9001:2015 quality processes (preferred).
• Have CMM experience (preferred).
