Pay Rate: $21.65 plus commission every sales

A typical day as a Sales Agent involves:

• Serving as the primary point of contact for fulfilling insurance needs via live chat or inbound calls.
• Handling a high volume of inbound calls for various insurance products.
• Conducting outbound calls to follow up on existing quotes.
• Meeting monthly sales goals set by the department.
• Providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have 2-3 years of sales-related experience.
• Possess 2-3 years of call center experience.
• Hold a valid 220 Property & Casualty or 20-44 Personal Lines insurance license.
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
