Pay Rate: $18.25 per hour

What's a typical day as a Repair Services Associate? You'll be:

• Conduct repairs on all types of printers, ranging from mobile/handheld to large-sized models.
• Perform essential tasks related to servicing customer products, ensuring adherence to productivity and quality standards.
• Address customer product issues, including reviewing complaints, basic troubleshooting, mechanical repairs, inspections, hand soldering, cleaning, testing, and final inspections.
• Document work performed using symptom codes and reasons for parts replacements.
• Follow basic work instructions for functional tasks according to productivity and quality standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts, work instruction documentation, and process standardization.

• Must have soldering experience.
• High school education or equivalent vocational qualification.
• Complies with all required safety practices, and regulations. Maintains a safe work environment.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and written processes.
• Adapts quickly and assists in the creation of solutions.
• Learns policies and procedures, and applies them in routine activities.
