Position Title: Research Associate, Gene Therapy

Salary: $80,000-100,000.

Responsibilities
Innovate & Execute:

• Perform advanced cell-culture and a variety of cell-based assays to formulate lipid nanoparticles.
• Execute comprehensive characterization assays and pioneering gene expression studies.

Collaborate & Contribute:

• Keep impeccable laboratory records, ensuring precision and accuracy.
• Work hand-in-hand with our brilliant team to analyze data, interpret groundbreaking results, and develop detailed research reports.
• Showcase your discoveries at team meetings and contribute to poignant scientific publications.

Qualifications
Education

• BS/MS degree in a related field and a minimum of 2 years of hands-on industry experience.

Technical skills

• Advanced proficiency in mammalian cell-culture techniques.
• Expert in plasmid cloning, transfection, and transduction of cell lines.
• Skilled in next-generation sequencing (NGS), qPCR, ddPCR, Western Blot, and ELISA.
