Kelly Science & Clinical is currently seeking an entry level Scientist with Advanced Analytic skills for a long-term engagement at one of our Global Pharma customers out of Spring House, PA - This is NOT a remote role and you may be asked to work in Malvern, PA occasionally. You'll also be eligible for paid time off, including holiday, vacation, and sick/personal time. : The successful candidate will join a multi-disciplinary team of scientists and engineers involved in deploying spectroscopy-based sensors in biopharmaceutical manufacturing that includes monoclonal antibodies, vaccines, and cell therapies. Will be responsible for evaluating PAT technology on a development scale to support commercial scale implementation. Responsible for executing lab-scale protocols to develop the technology and to summarize the data in several different data systems. Work directly with biosafety level 2 (BSL) materials on a small scale. Qualifications: 1-2 years working experience required. BS/MS degree in Biology, Chemistry or similar fields. Experience working safely with biosafety level 2 (BSL2) materials a plus. Experience with spectroscopy such as FTIR or UV, coursework in analytical chemistry, physical chemistry, and statistics is preferred. Experience working with vaccines, cell therapies, or large molecule development. Candidates must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Written communications in the form of reports and PowerPoint presentations is required. Good verbal and written communication skills a must.
