Pay rate: $38/hour 
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am -5:00pm with a 1-hour lunch break
Term: Temp to hire

What's a typical day as an SMT Process Lead? You'll be:
• Planning and establishing work schedules, assignments, and production plans for team members to meet production goals.
• Setting up and operating SMT production line equipment.
• Identifying areas where process improvement can enhance efficiency, quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Implementing and maintaining Lean practices such as 5S, Waste Elimination, Continuous Improvement, and JIT.
• Monitoring workmanship and ensuring product specifications are achieved.
• Managing documentation and completing required reports and transactions.
• Programming and debugging Pick & Place, Screen Printer, and AOI equipment.
• Testing, inspecting, and troubleshooting PCBA's.
• Assisting in maintaining calibration of testing/inspection equipment.
• Supporting process and equipment continuous improvement activities.
• Working in a safe manner and addressing unsafe conditions.
• Performing all duties assigned by Supervisor, including overtime and weekend work as necessary.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have experience with a variety of PCBA production equipment.
• Are proficient in Microsoft Office and have basic computer skills.
• Possess exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
• Have good analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Are detail-oriented, accurate, and organized.
• Can work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Are able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Have the ability to handle and maintain small tools and equipment.
• Are able to lift or move items over 50 pounds.
• Can work in a factory and office environment, including standing for long periods of time and climbing ladders.
