What's a typical day as an Technical Operator? You'll be: 

• Perform various tasks on the manufacturing floor, including production, packaging, forklift operation, minor machine maintenance, warehouse functions, and quality control activities. 

• Ensure smooth operation of equipment and machinery by conducting minor maintenance tasks and adhering to care protocols. 

• Demonstrate commitment to teamwork and collaboration by actively assisting fellow employees and engaging with leadership. 

• Maintain satisfactory attendance and punctuality 

• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and regulations, show a thorough understanding of safety rules and promote safe behaviors. 

 

This job might be an outstanding fit if you: 

• HS Diploma or GED 

• 3+ years in a manufacturing environment; related manufacturing or trade school experience is a plus 

• Use and understanding of hand tools and measuring devices helpful
