UI/UX Designer (2 openings)
Duration: 4 months with possibility of renewal or temp to hire
Location: Remote to start and available to be onsite in Plano, TX eventually
Pay ranges: $70 - $82/hour (Flexible)
You will be part of the UI/UX team, under the day-to-day direction and control of Enterprise Marketing leadership, focus on the rebuild of Web design working closely with the Brand Team of New company and be responsible to make results happen in short order. This work will include but not be limited to: rebuilding web presence, design and publish, project management, interacting with relevant systems depth of technical understanding including SEO aspects of companies and brand portal experience with business acumen to execute ideation to finished products within desired timelines supported by each respective role as needed to meet departmental and organizational goals.
The UI/UX Designers will focus on delivering a first-class user experience on our company website tailored to our customer base who are sophisticated cybersecurity professionals with high expectations for their security partners. Day to day will include the full design process—such as creating user flows and wireframes to building web page mockups and prototypes. At each stage, the UI/UX designers will determine what is needed, propose and advocate for these requirements and while also soliciting feedback and agreement to ensure our final product is exactly what our visitors need.

Regular review and even prepare data analyses on website performance including A/B test scenarios in an effort to continually improve the user experience. Focus on innovativeness and creating a current premium brand and premium brand experience, driving brand development, applying brand portal expertise and creating a good website. Attention to detail with this project is critical. Extensive technical capabilities such as SEO, language translations (banner length adjustments), leveraging boot strap framework and recent technical world experience with the top industry tools which include Adobe AEM and Analytics, Java Script, C and Figma to create, collaborate, prototype and handoff design centrally to be efficiently consistent and consistently efficient.
- Bachelor's Degree in Design or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of industry experience working in a fast paced, high-tech environment.
- 3 years of direct experience working with a variety of enterprise and cloud technology systems and designing solutions. (Experience with Adobe AEM, Analytics and Target)
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams of Designers and Developers throughout the development process.
- Experience in designing and implementing web UIs.
- Portfolio highlighting multiple projects that demonstrates experiences crafting usable digital interfaces.
- Experience with HTML and CSS
- Ability to develop web pages from scratch and improve performance.
- Skills in communicating across Marketing, IT and Design teams.
- New company start up experience is an added advantage
