Responsibilities & Requirements

JOB SUMMARY
Provides clerical support for Directors, as appropriate. Schedules appointments and arranges conferences/ meetings for Director,
Managers or others as directed. Attends division meetings; take minutes at these meetings and assists with tracking /coordinating
matters which arise from those minutes as needed. Performs clerical/secretarial duties, which include, but not limited to, typing,
word processing, transcribing, copying, distributing, maintaining files of correspondence/meetings, and other information (i.e.,
policy, procedure, and protocol manuals).


JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Associate degree preferred.
Minimum Work Experience
3-5 years previous clerical experience required.


Required Skills
Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Proficient in calendar management.
• Demonstrates excellent communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills a plus.
• Knowledge and skill in methods of filing and retrieval of information both manual and electronic.
• Ability to document minutes of preferred meetings effectively and appropriately.
• Ability to plan, initiate responsibilities and follow through with a minimum of direct supervision.
