Miller School of Medicine:
The University of Miami Leonard M. Miller School of Medicine was established in 1952 as Florida's first medical school, with just four faculty members and 28 medical students in its inaugural class. **Opening September 2024**
We are seeking an experienced CRNA for our upcoming state-of-the-art facility at UHealth Doral. This six-story, 160,000-square-foot health care hub will revolutionize patient care in the region, offering an extensive range of specialty services.
Job Responsibilities:
Under the medical direction or supervision of an Anesthesiologist, the CRNA will perform pre-anesthetic evaluations, anesthesia induction, maintenance, and emergency procedures, as well as post-anesthesia care and clinical support functions.
Schedule:
Shifts include five 8-hour shifts, or four 10-hour shifts.
No call and no weekends!
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master's Degree from an accredited School of Nurse Anesthesia Program
- Current/valid Florida CRNA License and NBCRNA certification
- Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, HIV, Domestic Violence, Preventing Medical Errors.
