At Kraton, we make a Positive Difference, and we are looking for individuals who are also looking to make a difference in their jobs, for our customers and to the world.  We are looking to hire a key member of our Supply Chain/Customer Service team at our Jacksonville, Florida location. 

 

The Supply Chain Coordinator is an entry role into Kraton's Corporate Supply Chain team. This role is designed to be flexible in nature, supporting the needs of the North American Supply Chain team by rotating between various focus areas, roles, departments, and locations. The Supply Chain Coordinator must be flexible, adaptable, and methodical as this role will be filling in to carryout various duties and responsibilities, often with short notice. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide department cross functional expertise and backup coverage as needed.
  • Provide transactional, tactical, reporting, and routine administrative support.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement, help develop strategies to streamline supply chain operations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement solutions. 
  • Ensure data accuracy, efficient communication, cross functional collaboration, and information sharing to support supply chain teams.
  • Provide end to end order management support.
  • Collaborate with and provide support to internal and external customers.
  • Support continuous improvement processes, KPI's and other projects to optimize performance and costs.
Required Skills
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical skills utilizing tools such as Excel, PowerBI, SharePoint, etc.
  • Technology and process oriented. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and prioritize tasks and escalate as needed.
  • Knowledge of corporate account support 
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement and KPI management
  • Preferred - Business Analytics Tools, SAP (other ERP systems)
Education, Certifications & Licenses
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or Business Administration or relative experience in Customer Service (B2B), Logistics, Supply Chain, Planning or Operations.
