Job Description

Responsibilities:

-Coordinate development activities across the company for multiple locations

-Manage the core administrative functions of the Learning Management System (LMS)

-Perform needs assessments in a collaborative effort to define development needs and gaps

-Design and develop training programs using sound instructional design methodologies and technologies

-Ensures programs are aligned to the business strategy and are scalable and sustainable.

-Facilitate face-to-face and virtual training to various levels and functions in the organization.

-Partner with stakeholders to develop functional competency models.

-Design and practice standard methods to evaluate and assess program value and produce reports and metrics to management.

-Assist with Talent Reviews and Succession Planning as needed.

-Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners and the business to assist with the an Early in Career recruiting.

-Determine key performance indicators for the Early in Career development programs, use data for continuous improvement and prepare and maintain reports.

-Through stakeholder engagement and best-practice research, develop and support world-class Early in Career programs and coordinate all related program events.

-Ensure each Early in Career program participant has an unparalleled recruiting and onboarding experience.

-Review and adapt Early in Career programs content and execution to align with business needs and program management capacity.

-Craft communications for Early in Career recruiting and onboarding materials.

-Carries out job duties while maintaining Lane values

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or related

3-4 years' experience in a Talent Development Role

Ability to travel 30%
