Lee's Summit Medical Center is a full-service 80-bed acute care facility serving Lee's Summit and surrounding areas. All services are supported by a medical staff of over 300 physicians representing 40 specialties. Lee's Summit Medical Center has more than 500 highly trained staff members and 50 volunteers.

As our community grows, so does our campus. Current services include Level III trauma care, Level II Stroke state designations, Accredited Chest Pain Center, Sarah Cannon Cancer Care, and an orthopedic center for excellence. An OR expansion project is currently underway and future plans for our campus include additional expansion of service lines and in increase in our overall bed capacity. What you will do in this role:

Produces two-dimensional ultrasonic recordings of internal organs, using ultrasound equipment, for use by the physician in

Diagnosis of disease and study of malfunction of organs: Selects equipment for use in ultrasound setup according to specifications of

examination.

Qualifications

What qualifications you will need: Education: Must be a graduate of an accredited ultrasound program with a degree or certificate in Radiologic Sciences or Ultrasound Technology Licensure/ Certifications: Must be registered with the ARDMS plus one or two body parts certification. BCLS Required. Experience: Two years of experience required. Requirement: On Call Required and must have the ability to report to LSMC within 30 minutes of call back.
