The Mastercard Launch program is aimed at early career talent, to help you develop skills and gain cross-functional work experience. Over a period of 18 months, Launch participants will be assigned to a business unit, learn and develop skills, and gain valuable on the job experience.

Be part of the Cyber & Intelligence Solutions (C&I) Team at Mastercard! Eligibility for this position requires the candidate to be a December 2019 or May 2020 graduate.

Mastercard's Cyber & Intelligence Solutions organization develops and delivers world-class security products and services for customers across the globe. As part of this organization, the Identity Solutions team leads the development and delivery of innovative authentication products that enable simple and secure payment experiences for consumers.

• The candidate will help enable of the next generation of identity products to customers that are using Mastercard's global payment network.
• The candidate will support Mastercard's next generation of identity products and help drive future innovation and enhancements to these products.

Role
• Will routinely analyze product data set to understand product performance and key trends.
• Will communicate key trends and insights to business partners.
• Will research technology and market trends to help identify opportunities and risks that inform our product strategy.
• Will help translate trends and insights needs into product enhancements and future opportunities for innovation within product line.
• Will help refine and execute process for monitoring, communicating issues and trends, and tracking status of key deliverables for products supported.

All About You
• Analytical and structured thinking
• Experience performing research on technology trends and extracting meaningful insights
• Strong communications skills needed; ability to document and clearly articulate insights from analysis and research
• Strong organization skills and/or project management experience
• Must have a passion for technology and willingness to engage in a technical discussion to understand how a product works
• Experience in dealing with large scale datasets (i.e. Hadoop, Splunk), and/or knowledge of any software skillset like Python, Hive, SQL, Java, Tableau, Qlikview, MSBI a plus
