Associate Managing Consultant, Cybersecurity Associate Managing Consultant (Cybersecurity Specialist)


Overview

Mastercard's Data & Services (D&S) team is searching for a hands-on Cybersecurity Specialist to enable and enhance our business customers' experience with Mastercard's cybersecurity products. The ideal candidate has an understanding of cybersecurity and cyber risk domains, has experience with supporting business customers and consulting partners in pre-sales and post-sales conversations, and has practical experience with IT systems and customers support technologies. We are seeking individuals who are self-driven and highly motivated, who are analytical and business-oriented, and love to work in a team-oriented environment. This role will be titled Associate Managing Consultant in our Specialized Product Delivery (SPD) team in the Advisors Client Services (ACS) organization.



Role

As part of our D&S team, you will stand out as a cybersecurity and cyber risk subject matter expert, and work with peers who are subject matter experts with Mastercard's cybersecurity products. You will work with sales, delivery, and product teams to understand our customers' needs, and in turn craft solutions which help address these needs leveraging our solutions. In addition, you will also help the customers realize value from our products based on their optimal experiences based on our team's services ranging from onboarding and training to periodic check-ins and support. You will work with colleagues across the globe.

In this client-facing position, you will:

Conduct product demonstration sessions for customers and partners.

Understand customer needs and address them quickly and accurately.

Coordinate and lead the onboarding efforts for customers and partners on cyber products and other platforms.

Contribute customer engagement processes.

Support Quarterly/Periodic business review meetings with key customers.

Coordinate customer support in line with SLAs.

Resolve tickets in a timely manner, meeting customer satisfaction standards.

Enable development and delivery of product training curriculum for internal and external clients.

Identify and handoff new opportunities.

Support product releases.

Engage with product team to discuss customer needs

Creates positive team environment and engenders organization values

Provides effective mentorship and coaching



All About You

The ideal candidate for this position should have:

Bachelor's degree is essential; Master's degree desirable.

One or more of cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISM, CISSP, CISA, OSCP, OSWP, CDPSE)

Relevant working experience in cybersecurity subdomains of Cyber Risk. Risk Quantification, Breach & Attack simulations and Pen-testing, Red Teaming, Cyber Threat Intelligence.

Fluent in English, and desired local / regional languages (including, but not limited to French, Portuguese, Spanish).

Exposure to the topics of payments and/or retail banking or merchants is desirable.

Ability to understand business and cybersecurity challenges faced by organizations based on industry trends and experience, and propose solutions based on abilities.

Ability to conduct technical analysis (problem management, benchmark studies, incident reviews)

Create compelling presentations, and can present these effectively

Experience working with third parties and vendors

Ability to deliver sophisticated cybersecurity analyses based on assessments and benchmark studies
