Job Description:
Experience with developing application on Javascript, Python, Unix, VBA
Ability to resolve cases/problem tickets
Develop integrations using custom API
Analyse problems, issues and identify solutions timely
Work in a large team to collaboratively work towards meeting goals
Effective communication skills verbal, written and presentation
Excellent problem-solving skills, keen attention to detail, strong logical reasoning and analytical skills
Perform manual validation and automation testing
Open to working in 24X7 shifts (including night shifts) with rotating weekly offs and support US business and stakeholders
Qualification and experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience working on technical production support/ application support / L2 or L3 support teams or development
Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering is a must
Master's degree will be an added advantage
Financial domain knowledge is a must
Python, SQL skills are must
Ability to analyse large dataset
Familiar with visualisation tools like Tableau, Power BI, etc
Familiar with Postman or similar tools
Familiar with Jira
Experience with web crawling would be an added advantage
Intermediate level with google sheets and excel
Additional certifications in data analysis and quality will be an added advantage
