The Cyber & Intelligence Solutions (C&I) team is responsible for MasterCard's C&I product advancement efforts to protect the integrity of the electronic payment system as well as ensure payments are convenient yet secure. The products are primarily focused at authentication, fraud prevention, risk mitigation and dispute resolution across all payment channels as well as all stakeholders; issuers, acquirers, merchants, processors and consumers.

This position has a marketing/communications focused, which differs from the other Director, Market Product Management role that is also posted/available
The position will report to the Vice-President, Market Product Management in Cyber & Intelligence Solutions. Responsibility will include partnering with all global sales channels to identify revenue opportunities of C&I products and services related to Issuers, Merchants. Acquirer's and third-party providers. It includes all Cyber & Intelligence products as well as the ongoing solution packaging and coordination of distribution channels globally.
o Can you perform against actionable business development plans that span multiple products, multiple regions, business units and corporate strategies?
o Can you articulate, to internal and external audiences including our external customer and partners, thought leadership on solutions to current market trends and customer needs, best practices, global product roll-out, marketing/sales materials and future product opportunities?
o Do you have a proven track record of working and managing diverse and remote teams, preferably across markets or regions?
o Partner with the C&I regional leads and sales channels with go-to-market plans, material and training as well as onsite customer visits as needed.
o Perform an integral part to the customer planning process and partner with C&I product owners to ensure the development of products, including highly customized products, that will best serve the customer
o Ensure alignment of a solution orientated approach spanning across C&I, MasterCard regions, and customer account teams
o Understand the required product functionality and features, and commercialization of products in consultation with internal stakeholders (i.e., product sales, customer delivery, relationship managers, O&T, Legal, Franchise, etc.) external customers and third parties.
o Manage product positioning and messaging throughout the organization, ensuring products are referenced appropriately in all internal/external communications and aligned to product go-to-market strategies.
o Create global product materials: sales/marketing/RFPs, announcements/communications, training/reference documentation, ensuring alignment to product go-to-market strategies, positioning and messaging
o Strong understanding of product development and management principles and concepts. Specific PME knowledge/application is a plus.
o Responsible for identifying and driving global marketing and messaging synergies with all regions and facilitating sharing of knowledge and best practices across regions
o Ownership of all Executive level dashboard reporting for all C&I Acquisitions
o Partner with regional marketing teams, product marketing teams and Acquisition(s) marketing teams to provide product advancement materials and tools
o Lead the centralized messaging and marketing approach for all C&I products and acquisition(s) ensuring a consistent and strategic direction globally
o Identify gaps in C&I sales related processes and (re)document processes where needed
o Manage product advancement materials integration for all newly acquired companies in the C&I Group for the assigned Regions
o Extensive skills and experience developing positioning, messaging, branding, marketing and communications for products and executing these in product sales presentations, internal/external summaries, FAQs, case studies, sales training, infographics demos/videos and more. Strong visual design proficiency is a plus.

o Cross-functional experience with complex projects concurrently and delivering timely results under tight timelines
o Knowledge of processing industry, fraud and authentication products and the broader ecosystem understanding of competitive landscape and industry trends a plus
o Analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to identify key issues and provide recommendations effectively
o Personal presence and ability to clearly communicate compelling messages to senior management and business partners
o Marketing and communications savvy; close collaboration with regional marketing business partner and capability to create and manage content
o Ability to embrace complexity, but deliver/articulate simplicity
o Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience.
