You will have the opportunity to make data-driven decisions, build first-in-class corporate solutions, and partner with industry-leaders to build cloud-native products and solutions for our clients.

Role Overview:
The candidate will ensure that Mastercard's Commercial Solutions Cross Border products strategy is implemented in close alignment to market objectives, delivering commercial product launches and success.

Key areas of responsibilities include:
• Meet the volume and scale objectives for Commercial cross border payments by shaping and driving the product to the go-to-market strategy.
• Partner with global and regional product teams to understand product capabilities, provide inputs to ensure market needs are addressed, synergize with other initiatives, and ensure ongoing coordination for smooth operation of the product in relevant markets
• Lead client engagements to communicate the product strategy and product capability
• Full ownership of client pipeline and ensuring sign ups
• Coordinating (at internal and customer level) end-to-end implementation with new customers: contract and commercial negotiations, financial set-up, service roll-out
• Engage Marketing, Communications, to drive external launch of products and ensure optimum visibility
• Supporting and developing strong internal relationships within Mastercard to enable all team members to achieve their business goals and differentiate our cross border products from the competition

Required Experience:
• Understanding of bilateral / correspondent banking for B2B payments
• Experience in direct sales of clearing products to large banks or large Corporations
• Knowledge of RTGS and other payment schemes including real time payments
• Knowledge of compliance / regulatory landscape for cross border sales
• Proven sales, negotiation, communication skills
• Team player, comfortable working in a large matrix organization, willing to lead and build consensus
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment where rapid or sudden changes are not unusual
• London based candidates with relevant US, Europe market experience and keenness to travel globally

Do you have:
• Experience selling cross border payments in a tier 1 bank or payments company
• Implementing and monitoring sales methodologies, processes and polices that create actionable deliverables that support revenue goals
• Experience in managing a pipeline from pilot to scale
• Exposure to card payment industry (desirable)
• Proactive, energetic and collaborative traits
• Strong communication skills; verbal, written, and presentational
