Overview:

We are looking for a person to join a team of professionals that deliver secure and stable operations of national critical payments infrastructure in Denmark.

The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses a mindset of delivering the highest level of quality for the critical services we deliver. The team is part of a larger organization that delivers national critical infrastructure in many countries around the world, creating opportunities to also seek global challenges as part of our global market presence.

Role:

In this position, you will be a part of a dedicated team with the operational responsibility of national critical payment infrastructure essential to Danish society. We ensure all our services are operating according to customer commitments, i.e. stable, secure, maintained and compliant. We collaborate closely with our Danish customers and other stakeholders in the Danish financial sector.

The role spans over managing and processing our operational commitments, including change requests, incident resolutions, SLAs, etc. Interaction with our IT teams in both Denmark and Norway is required to prioritize and steer backlogs for our product development. A key factor for us is to proactively strive for efficiency and improvements in operations and identifying and executing on improvement initiatives.

All About You:

We look for a candidate with a strong drive and high level of accountability. You must be able to work well under pressure. Any operational disturbance on a critical payment system requires timely and correct response.

The ability to learn and understand advanced payment flows and solutions in detail is a key. Knowledge and experience with payment flows is an advantage.

A University degree is an advantage, but not a requirement.

Excellent team and cooperation skills are required along with well-developed communication skills. Fluent English required.

You must live well with an environment undergoing significant change, internally as well as externally.
